ABOUT THIS ARTWORK  
This piece was born in a season of constant rushing – school, work, responsibilities, future anxiety.  
One night I literally fell to my knees in the middle of my room. I couldn’t cry, I couldn’t speak, I just closed my eyes and stayed there.  
In that silence I realised something: while I kept telling myself I had to “do something”, what I really needed was to stop.  
Grace in Stillness is not about giving up – it’s about finally refusing to keep hurting yourself.
